Why No Returns?

To offer these products at the lowest prices possible, we cannot accommodate the costs associated with processing returns and we prefer for our customers not to pay extra shipping back and forth in terms of exchanging.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at kxhcustomerservice@gmail.com within 24 hour of delivery with photos & videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund solely for defective goods.
